This is another Baked Sushi or Sushi Bake recipe using budget-friendly canned tuna. This is so easy to make and can serve a large crowd. [Rice Toppings]

Steps

- Open canned tuna and drain water
- Add rice vinegar, salt, and pepper, Japanese mayonnaise, sriracha, wasabi
- Mix them together
- Add sugar and green onion, mix once more and set it aside

- Cook Japanese Rice
- Add Sushi Vinegar
- Combine the rice and sushi vinegar gently. Be careful to not mash the rice
[assemble]
- Transfer the rice in a tray, and flatten evenly
- Add Sesame Seeds and Furikare on top of the rice
- Add Nori on top
- Add Spicy Tuna toppings and spread evenly
- Add Sriracha sauce on top (optional)
[broiling]
- Broil Spicy Tuna Sushi for 3 – 4 minutes and it is ready to serve!
