In celebration of National Hot Dog Day and National Chili Dog Day, I made some Chili Dog. It is summertime and this type of recipe is perfect to cook on the grill. In this recipe, I made chili sauce that goes on top of a hot dog. This is super easy and simple to make. You can make your own original hot dog and enjoy the summer weather.

Note: Add your desire amount of toppings
Steps
[chili sauce topping]
- Saute ground beef, add onion, garlic
- Add Green Bell Pepper, Salt and Pepper
- Add Oregano, Paprika, Cumin and Chili Powder
- Add Tomato Paste and Ketchup
- Add Worcestershire sauce and mix well
- Add Water
- Simmer for 20 minutes and set aside
[hot dog]
- Apply butter on a bun
- Toast both sides of the bun
- Grill hot dog until you see some grill mark
- Add cheddar cheese in the bun
- Add hot dog in the bun
- Add the rest of condiments
- Serve it!
