How to Make Cheesecake Factory-inspired Buffalo Blasts Recipe

Buffalo Blasts is one of our favorite chicken menus from the Cheesecake Factory restaurant. I used the rotisserie chicken as its filling, flavored with Cheese and spicy buffalo sauce in a spiced wrapper and crispy fried. It is perfect to serve with Celery Sticks and Blue Cheese Dressing.

Ingredients

Serves 5 – 6

(It can make about 30pcs)

[breading]

[batter]

  • 5×5 inch Spring Roll Wrapper
  • Blue Cheese Dressing

Steps

  1. Add chicken, spices, cream cheese, and hot sauce to bowl
  2. Microwave for a minute or so (to melt the cream cheese)
  3. Toss them together and set aside

[breading]

  1. Combine all the breading ingredients and set aside

[batter]

  1. Beat the eggs and add to a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining coating ingredients and mix them well

[wrapping]

  1. Get about a tablespoon amount of chicken
  2. Put it in the center of the wrapper
  3. Brush the edges of the wrapper with the batter mixture
  4. Fold the wrapper into half

[frying]

  1. Add oil to the pan
  2. Heat up the pan and wait to reach about 300F (150C)
  3. Coat the chicken (in a wrap) with the batter mixture
  4. Coat with the breading
  5. Fry the chicken for a couple of minutes (or until it turns brown)
  6. Flip to fry the other side
  7. Serve with blue cheese dressings and hot sauce with the fresh celery
