How to make Grilled Chicken Breast for Salad Recipe

This grilled chicken breast is so moist and tender. It is super easy to make and it tastes so delicious. You can use this grilled chicken breast as a topping on your salad which is a great source of a protein. You can also meal prep this but cooking one side for 3 minutes and another side for 2 minutes (total of 5 minutes)

Steps

  1. Mix all the seasoning ingredients listed above

  1. Slice the chicken breast and make them all equal in sizes
  2. Season the chicken breast with the dry rub seasoning mix we made

[cooking]

  1. Heat the Cast Iron Grilled Pan
  2. Once the pan is hot (you will see slightly smoke, add some olive oil and lower the heat
  3. Place the chicken breast and cook each side for 3 minutes
  4. Flip the chicken breast and cook for the remaining 3 minutes
  5. Remove the chicken breast from the heat and let it rest for about 3 minutes
  6. Slice the chicken breast into strips and serve with salad

Note: If you want to meal prep such as freeze it and reheating later, cook the chicken breast for 3 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side then once it is cool down, put in the ziploc and freeze it
