How to make Meatball Pasta Recipe

Meatball Pasta or Spaghetti and Meatballs is a popular pasta dish for kids. The meatball is very fulfilling and anyone who loves burger or meatballs and pasta is the perfect combination dish for them. You can make a lot of meatballs and stock them up in this way, you can enjoy this dish every time you crave for it! 🙂

Steps

[meatballs]

  1. Combine ground beef and ground pork
  2. Add eggs, parmigiano reggiano, panko (bread crumbs), milk, dried oregano, thyme, basil, garlic (minced), salt and pepper to taste, 
  3. Combine well
  4. Put oil on your hands, use the scooper to shape a ball
  5. Heat up the pan (high heat)
  6. Add Olive oil and cook the meatballs until brown
  7. Once outside is cooked, set aside. Note: do not overcook the inside, it will be cooked thoroughly later when simmering with the sauce

[sauce]

  1. Use the same pan used to cook the meatballs
  2. Remove excess oil
  3. Add onion and garlic and saute
  4. Add basil, oregano, red pepper flakes and continue to saute
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
  6. Add Marinara sauce and crushed tomato
  7. Stir well
  8. Add Knorr Beef Cube
  9. Add in the cooked meatballs
  10. Add Wine and Water
  11. Add Salt and Pepper to taste
  12. Add Sugar
  13. Set to low heat
  14. Partially cover and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour
  15. Add Salt and Pepper to taste
  16. Add Parsley and give a stir

  1. Boil water
  2. Add cooking oil and salt
  3. Cook the pasta according to the box instructions

[assemble]

  1. Add pasta on a plate and add the meatballs/sauce on top
  2. Serve it!
