How to Make Japanese Easy Yakisoba Recipe

About:

Yakisoba (Japanese: 焼きそば), “fried noodle”, is a Japanese noodle stir-fry dish. Usually, soba means buckwheat, but soba in yakisoba means Chinese noodles (Chuuka soba) made from wheat flour, and are typically flavored with a condiment similar to Worcestershire sauce. In this recipe, I used the Yakisoba you can usually get from the Japanese Grocery Store. Easy to make and perfect for a snack meal or for a light lunch/dinner.
